The Atomic Age

A crestfallen Kaiju Big Battel hero, Atomic Trooper Robo! What happened to make this guy so sad and tired? He won't be fighting alongside our playable heroes, but he'll still help out in his own way. Atomic Trooper is one of several Kaiju heroes in Fighto Fantasy who can be optionally rescued if you feel like being a good person.

Swedish Meatball Strolls In

 Our final (non secret) Kaiju Big Battel: Fighto Fantasy playable hero reveal is Slo Feng! This slovenly superstar hails from Sweden and wields a heavy hammer. While other characters perform their attacks in one turn, Slo Feng's take some time to charge up. He can hit harder than anyone else, so sometimes it's worth the wait! Is he powering up, or is he just lazy?

This is it; one final playable Kaiju Big Battel hero to reveal. He's a big dude, a heavy hitter. Name that Kaiju!!

Of course, there will still be more characters to reveal in the future, from helpful assistants to horrible villains. I can hear some sort of villainous squeak in the distance. No one knows what that could be!

Pedro Plantain is ready to rumble! Kaiju Big Battel's high-flying fruit man fights for freedom and is able to boost his allies' abilities while tearing down the enemy's defenses. Pedro may look like he's on his own, but he has the ability to call in other Plantain family members to back him up.

Soup's On!

Today's soup du jour is chicken noodle! Kung Fu Chicken Noodle, that is. This Kaiju Big Battel hero was once a dangerous rogue, and true to his roots, he's unpredictable. Soup can strike foes for brutally heavy damage but sometimes gets a little bit out of control, swinging his cleaver wildly and occasionally striking allies. Is it worth it? Is the extra muscle on your side enough to justify having a friend who sometimes punches you upside the head?

Feel the funky rhythm, Super Wrong is stinking up the dance floor! This week's Kaiju Big Battel: Fighto Fantasy reveal features a man of few words who can nonetheless speak volumes with his entrancing poses. Super Wrong will not fight in battle, but will nonetheless be an important ally, serving as Dusto Bunny's intern at Hero Headquarters. And who knows, he might just get a shot at a title fight later in the game!

Do you love learning as much as the filthy, wise sage Dusto Bunny? In Kaiju Big Battel: Fighto Fantasy, Dusto's computer in Hero Headquarters holds all kind of useful info, from battle stats to mission objectives to a place for him to answer important questions.

What's the world's coolest snack? How come there aren't any red whales? Where's the best place to vacation on a budget, in this post-giant monster world? It's UP TO YOU to ask the questions! They don't have to be Kaiju or bunny related at all. In fact, it's best if they aren't. Just keep it PG and fairly short, and your question may be featured in the game!

One question per person; feel free to make multiple submissions, but only the best one will be used. Ask RIGHT HERE, but your questions will NOT be answered here; you'll have to wait for Fighto Fantasy to learn the truth!

Submit your questions through the end of June, 2016 for an opportunity for them to appear in the game.

Robox is a unique fighter, using his amazing new scanning technology to learn the marvelous moves of his enemies. Like all good boxes, you never know what sort of weird stuff you're going to find in here.

The Shimmering Spud does the Monster Mash!

Now entering the ring... it's Silver Potato! The world's Spud Superior is ready to tackle Dr. Cube's mean and rude forces of mean rudeness.

With fancy kicks and flashy dance moves, Potato is the team's elemental damage dealer. With moves like Boil, Microwave, and Mash, this shiny superman has all the right tools to take down his foes. Be sure to unlock his ultimate move, the Au Gratin Beam!

Name That Kaiju!

Thanks to everyone who came by the Kaiju Big Battel panel at PAX on Sunday! I hope you enjoyed your first look at Fighto Fantasy's game play. Anyone who was there (or who took a business card at the Somerville fight the night before) may already know all of the game's main heroes, but let's keep the mystery going for everyone else.

This week's mystery Kaiju is another one of the heroes. His fancy moves fire off elemental beams, making him an all around good buddy to keep with you in a fight.

American Beetle is the first hero you'll take control of in Fighto Fantasy. Before the main plot kicks off, players will take Beetle into the ring for a one on one match with Dr. Cube, and we all know things won't go smoothly. Beetle uses passionate, flaming punches to deal fire damage to enemies and can use a patriotic cheer to boost his attack power before landing a blow

Dusto Bunny Enters the Ring!

Now entering the ring... it's Dusto Bunny! Congratulations Corbin S.B. for being the first to identify the floppy hero's silhouette.

In Fighto Fantasy, Dusto Bunny helps keep our Hero Headquarters in order, even though he's a bit of a slob. In combat, he plays a support role, using his meditation and sick dance moves to heal and buff his allies, but he can punch with the best of them when he really needs to! Dusto Bunny has a couple of elemental attacks that involving tossing dirt in the enemy's eye. The wise, filthy hare will be an essential part of your party.
